About Bang Albino
Independent since 1999. Still anything but ordinary.
We are a Canadian, independently owned strategic creative agency built for healthcare, with experience across global markets. Twenty-six years in, we still get a kick out of taking something genuinely complicated and making it land.

Our strength sits at the intersection of science and storytelling. With experience across ophthalmology, cardiology and rare disease, we turn complex medical information into clear, compelling communication that connects with the people it is meant for. We love working with good people: our team, our clients and the partners we learn from along the way.

Communicate the way people communicate.
Create boldly.
Compliance is a framework, not a ceiling. We would rather build a braver idea that clears review than a safe one nobody remembers.
Collaborate openly.
Feedback, ideas and criticism are all welcome. Every project is a partnership, and we are happy to be wrong early rather than late.
Care deeply.
The work has real stakes: clinicians making decisions, patients waiting on answers. That shapes how carefully we do it.

How we are built
One team, primarily in-house.
Each department is led by a member of our senior management team, so the people accountable for the work are the people doing it.
A credentialed bench including PhDs, PharmDs and PMPs, plus a trusted network of native-speaking localization partners for global adaptation.

Technology and AI
AI supplements the craft. It does not replace it.
We use generative tools for exploration: image directions, storyboards, test voiceovers, upscaling footage. Every output is treated as a draft. Medical writers, creative directors and regulatory specialists review before anything reaches a client, and final sign-off is always human. Tools get vetted for security and fit before they go anywhere near client work.
